Happy New Year! -- I went for a short stroll up the South Fork Hoh River trail to celebrate the new year. It was pouring all day, the trail was more like a creek, and I don't think I would've been any wetter had I gone for a swim in the river. The river was brown and muddy from all the run-off. Stopped by Kalaloch on the way home the next day.
